Join the Board
Trustees act in a voluntary capacity. The Board meets approximately every six weeks, with an annual general meeting once a year. There is a time commitment, therefore, to being a trustee.
Over and above that Crossroads looks for individuals with qualities such as selflessness, integrity, objectivity, accountability, openness, honesty and leadership.
All trustees need to have an active Christian faith.
In order to fulfil its responsibilities the Board requires a broad set of skills to inform its decision-making and activities. At times, the need for very specific skills emerges. The Board is currently reviewing its needs
